Robert did a good job on the inside and up selling the protectant. I just wish he had done a better job respecting the yard. He poured product out on our lawn and killed a 1foot by 1 foot section on our front lawn. I thought we had paid an extra $10.00 disposal fee.

Well, I spent $375 yesterday. Paid extra for recent pet stains to be specially treated and today all stains are still there, the guy even upsold and talked me into having an area rug cleaned. The stains are recent and I have removed similar stains in the past with a Hoover steam cleaner. I thought I would go the professional route this time, but now regretting the money spent.
We have an older dog that has had several accidents in the house. We've used Zerorez 4 times and each time, the carpet looks and smells like new.

Appointment time. I schedule my time for 8:00am and the work was done at 12:30pm. I even confirmed my appointment on the phone. I am not happy about it.

The service is outstanding, but the extra cost for problem areas and the $10 travel fee makes a $99 special almost $300! I also have not received my tickets to the Rangers game, which supposedly was mailed on July 27th from Carrollton. Today is the 7th of August and I live in Denton! Really?

I thought the special protective spray with the output on with the machine and not just a spray bottle handheld. I could have just done that myself. I feel like that was not very professional and it will not be very protected.

I had not used Zerorez before and really didn't know anything about it. The technician that showed up to clean all the carpeting in my home explained they basically clean by power washing with water not chemicals or detergents. If they do pretreat any areas they use an orange product. I really liked the idea of no chemicals put into my carpet and home. My carpet looks great. I also had the tile cleaned in my kitchen and breakfast area and was amazed how good it all looked afterwards.
We were very pleased after our carpet was cleaned. Our technician was very good - knowledgeable and helpful. Like that it dried in 4 hours or so.
