We spent right at $1,000 for 3 rooms and a hallway. It was mostly because my son got a puppy and he had several accidents in a bedroom and the media room. I was led to believe the urine smell would be gone, but the media room still smells since it fully dried and my son's room, while not as bad, still smells of urine. Im hoping that we can have it done again to see if the rest can be gotten out.

All natural, non toxic, no harsh smells. Tech explained all products he used and what they were for. Didn't try and push us into products we didn't need or want. Explained all steps from beginning to end.

My technician was a very cordial man. Unfortunately his nozzle broke and left the door between my master closet and laundry room covered with water. The laundry had a puddle. The wall of the closet got covered and the closet was not dry for 15 hours. Accidents happen, but he left the wall, door and floor covered in water and moved on to do the last room. Had I not checked, I am confident he wasn't going to tell me that there was water everywhere. The hoses that got pulled through the house leaked and I was going behind him drying up my wood floors and a runner that got soaked. All he had was a rag the size of a dish rag and it was soaked immediately. I was told hat it would be dry within 3-4 hours but when we got up the morning after, several areas were still damp. It was 24 hours before it was dry. Lastly, the technicians cell went off a few times and I asked if he needed to take it and he said it was just his wife wanting him to finish up and come home. It gave me the impression that he rushed through my house given the water left behind. I was told it could take up to 2 hours and it took less than an hour. The carpets appear clean but the experience was not one I would want to repeat.
