Cleaners should come n and be helpful to answer questions but not spend an hour and twenty minutes talking to you and badly spend an hour on your carpet. If this was our first time with zerorez, we probably wouldn't use again. Carpet was still not dry 24 hours later

The couch cleaning and marble cleaning was great! Carpet was not so good.
I think the products work great, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They answered all the questions I had, and addresses all the problem areas in my house.
They come when they say they'll be there. They call ahead of time to let you know they are on the way. The service technician made sure the corners of the furniture were protected from the hoses. I also like that because there are no chemicals used, that there are no lingering odors.
Even though not all of the stains came out of my old (23 years) carpet, it does look significantly better. The technician arrived during the two-hour window and was professional as well as friendly.

We had a small closet cleaned. There were two containers on the floor that were easily moved but the cleaner did not move them or ask us to move them. As a result we paid $25 to clean a ridiculously small area and the entire purpose - to get rid of a smell - was wasted.
