We have used your company 3 or 4 times through the years. This last time was really a top-notch service experience. Eric was the best technician we have had. He pays attention to the details. Best cleaning done to date for our carpet.

The technicians are knowledgeable and the product seems less soapy than other companies. ( I do however have a great dislike for the system to get an appointment! Ugh!).

The technician was very professional. The carpeting was much cleaner and looked much better. He explained the process and how it differed from the previous methods i told him i used. All aspects of the service were exceptional.

You know ahead what is needed to make your carpet like new again. Unbelievable results on dog urine spots. Carpet looks like new!

My carpet looks like it was half clean with dirty water. My grandson spill bubbles on the carpet by the table and it made the carpet dried and stiff, guess what it still dry and stiff. I would have done better renting a machine from Walmart and having a blind person clean my carpet. The hallway looks like he wasted water all the way out. I was told he kept my front door open with the air conditioner running and my house is full of flies and mosquitoes and I have a 95 year old mother that may get bitten by these mosquitoes. Tristen need not do anyone else home. The living room floor has been covered with a rug since the 1st time I used your services and he even able to turn it brown. I was so amazed at the service I received in December and so furious at the service I received on Wednesday. I have taken pictures and is more than happy to upload them, if requested. I watch the advertisement on Channel 8 on how your company pride itself on cleaning carpet, I got a referral from another one of your customer on how great a job you guys do, and wow what Tristan did is a 0 on a scale of 10, and to think this cost me $130.00. Another technician is scheduled for Friday, 9/2/16 and I hope he is prepared to properly clean the carpet as well as the technician did on 12/21/15. No one who have visit my home can believe that my carpet was cleaned on Wednesday, no one and I had plenty to see the work of this technician. As I stated I am 0% satisfied with Tristan's work.

Carpets cleaned last week after a little more that 1 year since previous cleaning, and was I surprised at the new piece of equipment that Joe used. (It was new to me) The "cleaning/vacuum" thing was FABULOUS!! So much better than the other one by far. I have never had a problem with ZeroreZ, the cleaning has always been great. It's just this time, it was soooomuch better! Maybe because My carpets were in such bad shape, I don't know. But I do know that I love this carpet cleaning company!! My carpets are very old and really cheap, and I don't know how they do it, but they DO IT !!!!! It only took one man, Joe, but what a man! I hope the company pays him a small fortune for his salary because he deserves every bit of it. He is a wonderful representative of his employers.

This is what I posted in my neighborhool blog: My very first visit by Zerorez was awesome. They provided superb results and were quick and efficient. Then, subsequent visits have been disappointing. My most recent, and final encounter was a couple of weeks ago. I took advantage of the advertised special, 3 rooms for $99. So, I figured 6 areas would be $198, plus tax. Nope. That should of been my first warning. Then, the tech did not have to move one piece of furniture. He quickly went through the areas and left. Upon drying -- awful!! So, for the first time in over 20 years I called the professional service for a revisit. They send a 'specialist' and I review my concerns with him. He proceeds to address a couple of areas. The other concerns were not touched. I then receive this electronic request for feedback. I think I'd better allow supervisor come see if this is an acceptable standard of work for the company. I called and was informed that someone would get back with me once he coordinates the time and date with the supervisor. I told him I expect a call back by end of the business day. After all, you inspect what you expect when you're the manager. That was two days ago. I am still waiting. I will NEVER use this 'professional' company again.

Quick drying time, courteous techs, promptness.

Your reservations system has a long way to go. They don't really know what you do, how you do it, or how long it will take. They don't know how long it takes to dry. They say you'll be called 24-48 hours before your appointment, but I wasn't. They can't guarantee a time window, even when calling days ahead. They say you can request a time window, but my request wasn't honored. The call center needs lots of work and training. They don't represent you well. If your website was better/clearer/more easy to navigate, there wouldn't be a need for the call center to be better, but it isn't.

I was charged $25 for a bathroom carpet cleaning which was not done because the bathroom is all tiles and no carpet. This mistake would not have happened if you allow customers to review the charges before the credit card is slided. Also, the ad says that I will get a $50 gift card for dining in a Brazil restaurant. The cleaning person told me the gift card would be emailed to me but I haven't received the email two days after the job was done.
