Loved the techs but look up my order and read comments. When I made the spot I asked the girl to please make note of the quote because I was overcharged last appt. Tech arrived and said the hallway was longer than quoted and charged extra for extra steps. Went from $324 quote to $430.

Your service does not leave detergent residue in the carpet and it literally stays cleaner longer. I have gotten the "free" carpet cleaning by the companies that my apartment uses, and it looked dirty again 20 days later. My six-year old apartment carpet looks almost brand new again.
