Clean carpet for fair price.
Service, professional, thorough
We love that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals, everything is cleaned by water! The cleaning process itself was very interesting to watch. We really enjoyed seeing that our carpets were being washed, scrubbed, and taken care of! Our carpets are over 12 years old, and two years ago we had another company "clean" our carpets and they just got dirtier than they were previous to cleaning within a week of the treatment. We were so disappointed with the quality of cleaning that we waited to clean our carpets again until we could find a better company. Yesterday Zerorez came, Chris and Eric were AMAZING! They took time to talk about how the carpets were being cleaned, asked us where our problem areas were, and their work ethic was fantastic! Our carpets had some really old set-in stains that the previous company didn't even remotely lift, and although they are not completely gone they are definitely less visible. Our main traffic areas were grey and matted and with our creme carpets it was hard not to notice. Today, I'm so happy to say that those areas are back to creme, almost completely un-matted and look great even with the age of our carpets! Our carpets don't look brand new, but close enough for being 12 years old. We can now save some time and money before we decide to replace, and it makes us very happy to know that we have a new company to call whenever we need our carpets cleaned again! Zerorez, we are customers for life!

It's just a couple of days past our cleaning, so I'm still assessing. I only had 2 notable stains and they are still there and the one room I initially wanted treated w/ the pet treatment (the extraction), it was suggested that the topical would likely work & I do not notice an improved smell yet. Just not 100% satisfied at this point.

Admittedly, my carpet was really dirty and your process only did about 1/4 of the job to get it clean.
You wouldn't wash your clothes in just plain water - no detergent - would you? It doesn't work on carpet either.
I should have stayed with my old cleaner.
I'm going out of town on the 13th so I don't have time to fuss about this. I will get him in when I get back to town.

I booked the $99 back to school special outlined in your email of 8/19/16. It included 100 square feet of tile cleaned free & a restaurant discount. I was told by the tech who cleaned the carpets that the tile was not on the ticket. He also told me that you never offered the free tile cleaning unless 4+ rooms were cleaned. This probably could have been handled if the tech called the office but he was not at all inclined to do this. I called your customer service & spoke with a rep who confirmed that I requested the back to school special & asked that a supervisor of manager call me. I don't think it is fair for me to have to wait 2 hours for someone to come back out to do my tile. I never received a call back. I would like someone to contact me to explain why a more exact time cannot be set to correct this. Also, please check to see if I will receive the restaurant gift certificate. I realize that things happen but I am very disappointed in the willingness of Zerorez to work with me to resolve the issue.
