Carpet is clean clean clean. No leftover residue. Our technicians this time were so nice and very knowledgable. They even got out a stain that we discovered after moving our couch! Great job!

They called before heading to our house and arrived within the quoted service time. We chose to purchase the protectant for our carpets but did not feel pressured to purchase any additional services from the technician. The carpets look great and we will definitely will call Zerorez when we need our carpets cleaned again.

Several spots seem to have gotten worse after treating and cleaning
Technician was curtious and tried to clean rite but found some type of coating on the tile that would not come off completely. Will have to have tile stripped and cleaned

I like the fact that your cleaning process does not add or leave harsh cleaning chemicals in my carpet.
The guy that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable, the carpet looked really good wet so he offered the 2yr stain plan for $90.00. Well after the carpet dried all the stains and track marks came back. When I called the office requesting a refund for the 2yr stain plan since I will have to replace the carpet, they were unwilling to give me my money back all they wanted to do was offer coming back out which would do not good since after it dries again it will look the same. That is not good customer service. I will not recommend Zerorez and will steer people away from your company due to bad customer service.
I am upset about the false advertising. I was told I would receive a $50 gift card to a 'Brazilian restaurant' when I placed my order in early August. Then I called the customer service number a month later in the first week of September and was told the card comes in the mail 'about 2-3 weeks later.' If you stand behind your radio advertising campaign, the service technician should simply hand this card when the job is finished. Really BOGUS.
I thought the charge to clean an 8x10 piece of carpet that we had cut & bound to serve as an area rug was too high.
