I love that you only use water which is safe for pets. I also love the fact that the floor was not soggy wet when finished. Your technicians are knowledgeable and he explained everything to me in detail. This was the BEST technician ever!!!!

I like that a phone call is made to let me know a two hour time range. Also they called because my technician could come earlier and that was nice!
When I called to make the appt back on 9/20 the girl told be you were not scheduling that far out yet. I said that is fine but I want the 8:00 appt. The Thursday before my appt at 3:00 nobody had called me so I called you. The girl told me they would be here between 10-12. I said, unacceptable because I asked for 8:00. She then told me she would check with the dispatcher but said nope, 10-12 is the first appt in your area. Not acceptable! ! We will call someone else in the future. The guy that cleaned the carpets scored a 10!
Everyone quote the same price.
I did not like how you offered to clean 100 ft.² of tile for free but then afterwards tell us that it's going to cost $50 to replace the grout sealant that the cleaning takes out that should be told to the customer before you agreed to clean the tile that's bad business and I do not like the upsell
Paul was great. Very professional. Removed all the spots on my carpet and they look and feel great. Customer service even sent Paul back at the end of the day because some of the areas were still so wet. He re-vacuumed those for me. Thanks!!

Floor stayed wet for two days
Carpets dried quickly. The tech Jose Vasquez was great. He answered all my questions and was very courteous. I will use zerorez again and will request Mr. Vasquez to come out and do my carpets.
