Great customer service and dependable.
3 stains are visible after the carpeting dried
I like the steam only, no chemicals process.
We had the upstairs TV room which had spills on it and when you applied the application the stains are still there.
While my carpet is very old and worn and I could not expect it to look like new, I am nevertheless very pleased with the service I received last Friday. (Not to mention the free gift cards you offer with your cleaning services. Tell me what I need to do to get my Estielle Gaucho (sp?) gift card??
The only thing I would have preferred was something that the guy did the first time I ever had my carpets cleaned by zerorez. When the first guy came out to do my carpets, he put towels down on my hardwood floor (outside of the carpeted areas) so that he could dry his feet off after treating the room (should they be wet). Eric was super nice, but he didn't do that. Which was fine, I mean he didn't ruin anything by any means. However, when the first guy came and laid down towels, I thought that was something all technicians did, so I expected it this time, and was a tad disappointed when it wasn't done. I think it is a nice gesture, and should be common practice since the carpet is wet when they are done treating it. He did work his way backwards out of the room, so it didn't become an issue until we walked back in a room for him to show me something, then when we walked out my floors got footprints on them. That is the only thing I think could be improved at this time.
The staff was knowledgeable and was able to provide wonderful service. I am very pleased with the outcome of my carpet.

Fast drying and no residue
I listen to Starlene and Frank on 94.9 klty everyday and they speak highly of you all that is why I called. And after I had made my appointment,
I heard Starlene say that they had a special of 29.99 a room so I called back and asked if I could get that special I was told I had to have four rooms cleaned in order to get that special even though that's not what Starlene said. I said ok but then when the gentleman came and I my son and roommate was here I had to go back to work so when I came home I noticed that there was still spots on the floor and not a fresh smell to say oh the carpets are clean they did an excellent job. I called to see if they could come back just to redo the master bedroom. Steven came and did a good job, but I'm going to wait and have Stanley cleaners to come out and redo all three bedrooms and stairs.
I really liked how our technician handled the situation after finding out our rug was 100% wool. We would love to ship it out to have it cleaned at a later time, but was unable to do that this time. He cleaned our rug on gentle and it looked great after! So thankful he was able to do that for us.
Like the "no rez" and clean products. Technician Robert was very kind and professional. Did a good job on the carpet.
Did not like the "bait and switch" of the $99 deal. I had 2 bedrooms, hall and bath. Hall and bath together are smaller than either bedroom, still had to pay extra for those. Poor communication, as well. Was not contacted to verify time of services.
I would recommend Zerorez b/c of the cleaning and service technician, but give a big warning about the poor communication and especially disingenuous pricing policy.
