I like there are no chemicals. The service was great and the tech was very professional. I would request on my next service the water extraction be more. I thought it was just a bit wetter than it should be.
Just had my carpet cleaned and while you remove the urine stains, the carpet is still yellowish. Very disappointed.
The price. He wouldn’t take off his shoes. EVERYTHING WAS EXTRA. EVERY LITTLE INSIGNIFICANT THING. How do you have the balls to ask for tips for the workers when you charge $500?

Professional and good results
The technician was very professional and attentive to detail and explained everything regarding what he was going to do and had done.
Didn't do a good job. Had 3 different people come out and the smell is still there. Need a manager to call me!
