Our serviceman was great. He knew just what he was doing. When I asked him to treat a place behind the sofa (I was having only the open carpet cleaned. I didn't want to have to move the furniture.), he came right in and took care of it. He was great. The carpets, which are 14-years old now look so much better. I am totally pleased with the job. Some kind of spray was used and the worker did not know what it was. I expected only water.
I had to wash all my hard floors when he left as they were wet and dirty from tracking in and
from wet dirty hoses. The carpet is still damp in many areas.

I like that they give you an appt. time and they stick to it. The carpet looks and feels so fresh after it is cleaned.

Seth is a very affable young man. He did his job in a very timely manner. I did not like the constant selling of products and services! I am in sales and don't like the sales tactics. He was very pleasant just too sales.
