It was not clear when booking the service online that the $60.00 pet fee was only for 1 room. I thought it was a 1 time fee to pet treat the 2 rooms I was having cleaned.

The gentleman that came to clean my rooms seemed professional & was nice but a bit sloppy. I noticed more then several times him not overlapping strokes while cleaning rugs. While observing him cleaning master closet, if I didn't interject would have missed a fairly decent sized triangular area. Feel like main track areas in all 3 areas cleaned still look slightly dirty since dried. Several spots that I thought he would notice to pretreat prior to cleaning in 2 rooms are still there. Paid extra for him to stretch carpeting in one room where came loose. Seems to be holding. Also paid extra for him to patch carpet in another area where an ink stain happened. Looks better then having the stain but concerned might not hold. Am really upset that his tool case fell over in hallway not once but twice & managed to leave gash & scratch marks on my wood floors. Equipment hoses constantly left water drip marks on wood floor in many places. Felt like he wasn't detailed enough as far as wiping the drips so he wouldn't damage the planks. I even was wiping any dripping of water. This was the first time I've ever used your company.
So very glad that I asked Keith about the drying of my carpets during this cold spell. I thought turning on the heat would have gotten me what I needed, but he did advise that I turn on the A/C instead. I thank him for the needed advise, but I will never get carpets cleaned again in the fall of the year! It would have been nice to know ahead of time is all I'm suggesting. Had I not asked I'd have made a huge mistake on my own. Your customer service is normally very high so I thought I'd make this suggestion just in case it might help with others who needed to know this.

In your ads, you say that there will be no residue. That is true and there is also little odor. My service man was very polite, kind and helpful and well trained. I was a little disappointed that the company did not send over the three rugs, which they have had since the September water flood in my first floor. I should not have had to call about that matter. It was only inconvienent for them, not me.
Carpet looks like new. Super job in a minimum amount of time.

When we first used Zerorez many years ago I was very impressed with the results. However, the last few times, not so much.
We really like Jayden (sp?) and he worked very hard while he was here but the floor and carpet were both VERY wet when he left. He offered to towel dry the tile but I declined as he said it would be about an hour before it dried completely.
I went ahead after an hour and towel dried the remaining areas of tile that were still wet.
To my shock and dismay, the next day, the chairs and carpet were still wet in most areas!
Additionally, it began to smell like mildew in the living area and then the bedroom as well.
Now I'm concerned that our new home's carpet may have mold growing and we may need to throw out one of the chairs. Very disappointed.
I was also supposed to receive a receipt but have not seen it yet.

Technician was polite, friendly and experienced. He talked to us about several options for pet marks and showed us one procedure but it was too expensive for what we were wanting to do. The product has no odor, carpets are not soaked, so they dry quickly. It was unbelievable to us that this old carpet could look so good and smell so nice. We have used your services a few times in the past and have recommended to our friends. Also, your technician was the best!!

Ease of making the appointment. The calls beforehand (1 day and directly before) for reminders. Very conscientious and friendly young man who cleaned our carpets--professional. The carpets look great!
They do an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and also cleaned my ceramic tile. Both look brand new. It was done in 2 hours and was dry in about 6 to 8 hours. Done very professionally. Would recommend them highly.
Not sticky or smelly

Technician very courteous and efficient. Product did clean well for most part. I did have to go over a few places with spray cleaner.
I think the pricing of the tile cleaning is pretty high. Lowering the price or offering sales or specials for large areas would be helpful. Price is literally the only hesitation I would have in recommending your company to others.
