Worker did A great job, courteous and thoughtful, only negative was, my wife was told there'd be A $75 charge for dog urine treatment, you need to be clear in uour sales department that it's per spot, we had 14 spots, this smacks of swich and bait tactics, I don't blame the worker, I blame your upper management, this is the only complaint, but A serious one, regards, Ed Feeler.
Technician was very nice and courteous. He did a very satisfying job.

Far more expensive than I was told on the phone. Yes it is steam cleaning the floor but no it isn't worth $500 just to have the floor in the bathrooms cleaned and have a thin sealer mopped on. I could have done this myself for under $50.
Like the 3 HR window. Did not like amount of time required to dry carpets.
Dark Spots left in carpet and in grout. Technician drove through the yard and may have broken a sprinkler head

reduce fee for cleaning upholstery, $60 fee for antique rocking chair with limited material appeared excessive.
Time will tell if the added fee for your services to clean room carpets is worth the added expense as compared to steam cleaning

I like the fact that only water is used. We did have to have some spot treatment put on, even after the cleaning. Hopefully that is as nice to pets and humans as is the "empowered water".
We have been Zerorez customers for a number of years in California. So we are very familiar with your product and services. Since we moved to Texas in 2013, we have continued to use your services. I like the cleaning products and the method used for cleaning. The fact that there's no soapy residue left in the carpet after cleaning is also a plus. There's also very little water left in the carpet, so it dries pretty quickly.
This time, we were especially impressed with the technician, Roderick Hynson. He is extremely friendly, polite, and professional. He did an awesome job of cleaning our carpet and kitchen tile. He is a seasoned skilled professional and His work is impeccable. He's tidy and left nothing behind except thoroughly cleaned carpet and tile. We are extremely satisfied with the services he provided.
Because of the great services provided by Mr. Hynson, we will definitely continue to use Zerorez in the future.
