The fact that they worked!!!
The carpet cleaning professionals always arrive as scheduled. They are professional and good at what they do. This time I had a couple of particularly difficult spots on my rug. They didn't quite come out with the initial cleaning. Within 1 day of my call a specialist came to my house and removed those stubborn stains. Thank you ZeroRez!
Lincoln was very friendly and fast. He showed up early, too! My carpets looked great!
Zerorez actually removed the dog odor and made the house fresh again! I was very pleasantly surprised. The tech Eric was wonderful! He asked my reason for having carpet cleaned, my overall goal, selling or keeping house, & several key factors. Based on that info, he recommended the most effective solution. And it was NOT the most expensive solution. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to others.

They really clean the carpet even spots that have been there a long time. They were able to get me in soon after I called for an appt. The service tech was awesome and very helpful.
Service technician was very professional
Tech Jimmy arrived on time, was very courteous and thorough, explained the steps and process, and worked quickly. He was very cautious in the house with my furniture and walls.
The carpet smells amazing and looks great, and leaves no soapy residue behind. Most of the old stains came up completely, and the one room I thought I'd have to replace he was able to save! Yay!! Looks so Much better!
I could (and have used) any carpet cleaning service but I choose and recommend Zerorez over all the rest.
Cleaning process and results as advertised - we are completely satisfied. One comment - we had three larger area rugs cleaned. These rugs are on hardwood and for that reason the technician shampooed them outside on the driveway. Dry time dictated they remain there until 9:00 at night at which time I had to struggle to get them rolled back up and in place.Not sure if there is any alternate way for Zerorez to handle this situation, but it certainly was not easy for me to take care of.
