I hesitated because I wasn't sure who would be coming into my home...I was pleased the technician was well-mannered & clean cut. The Diamond Shield Granite sealing of my 2 countertops turned out to be sleek & shiny...I will be doing my other countertops as well. Also hesitated on cleaning of carpets because of our high sensitivity of chemicals & fragrance...no problems once completed. We plan to continue the use of service of Zerorez on a regular basis. Satisfied customer.

There were still numerous spots on the carpet once the tech was done. In his defense, I wasn't there to point them out. I didn't discover there were some spots until I got home that evening. The first time we used zerorez, the carpet turned out immaculate and we were extremely pleased, so this time I was disappointed.

Be on time and don't leave carpets so wet they are still wet the next day. But the cleaner was very nice and did well with spots.

It does what you say it will do

Pet smell returned. Quality Control came but nothing could be done. No refund so guess work was not guaranteed. Did not understand that.
