The service man arrived on time, was very efficient and explained the process. The results were terrific.

Ricardo, the tech who did the job, was very nice, explained all of my questions. The carpet looked great, much better than the firm that cleaned it last year. I hope he is available next year....he knows what he is doing !

HAD SOME BAD SOILED SPOTS IN THE TWO AREAS AND ONE CAME UP IN ONE AREA AND NOT SO GOOD IN THE OTHER. SAME KIND OF SOILED SPOTS. CLEANING OF THOSE AREAS CAME UP A LITTLE SHORT ON MY EXPECTATIONS. PERHAPS I EXPECTED TO MUCH. ERIC DID A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING.WE JUST MOVED IN, WOULD CALL ERIC IN THE FUTURE.

The service tech was amazing! He was very nice, and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. He did an amazing job on top of that, I have no doubt in my mind that I will use ZEROREZ again just because of the service we received, a beautiful carpet and tile is definitely a PLUS.
