After the quoted price ended up being only 1/2 of the final price, we expected that, and were told the cat urine smell would be gone. We were told it would take 4 gallons of the $75 solution to clean the spots in 1 room. There were only a few spots and after spending $621 when we were quoted $370ish we expected to get what we were promised. The 2 high traffic areas were not cleaned very well either. He didnt move anything out of the way, small wooden foot stool and other things like that. Was expecting more. He was a very nice man however
Plus I am supposed to get a $100 gift card to Fullers Jewelers.. didn't get that either. I will be calling so we can get this taken care of.

Aaron was also very patient with my 87 year old Dad who loves to talk. When my dad would offer up suggestions Aaron would stop his machine and listen to what ever my dad had to say. My carpets did not get cleaned good at all. There are stains that were not there before they cleaned that now show up. We have had the carpets cleaned before and never had that happen. The guy who came to clean them smelled like a chimney from his cigarette smoking. I called customer service to talk to s manager about pisibally redoing them and was told someone would call me back but I've never heard from anyone. I was also supposed to get my tile cleaned according to the deal I signed up for but the guy said that was extra, but that's not what they said on GMT which is where I saw the deal in the first place. I am left feeling like I have been swindled and will not use your company anymore.
