Invest in your equipment. I requested your power brushing to get the carpet weave to stand up a little more but was told the machine was broken.
Everything except the cost:) We use your carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. Also had an oriental rug cleaned this time. Excellent job on all three.

I had sent in a report that expressed my displeasure at some items, but now must update this. Not only did your tech spend more time upselling me for services I did not want, when the work was over, he did not even replace my original air filter, leaving the unit unprotected until I noticed. And, today, when we started to move items into one of the rooms we just had remodeled, we notice a 4-5" gash in the molding around the door that they did not even report. I will NOT be using ZeroRez again, and will be encouraging others not to.
I don't know what will make it right; the wood needs to replaced. It is older wood, and will be difficult to match. In additional, I have an older adult moved in with me in a week that is sensitive to odors, meaning the repair will have to happen several months from now.
We had our vents cleaned. The people were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything that was going on. We were shown pictures of our vents before the work was started. We were given great suggestions on what to do in the future concerning our ventilation system. The only reason I am not rating the service a 10 is because I had to clean up quite a bit of dust and debris after they were finished. Overall, we are very satisfied.
Our carpets were cleaned, but we are not totally satisfied. We were expecting a deeper type cleaning like we've had in the past. There was a plastic covering over a small area of our carpet at one time. This area was, of course, a lot cleaner than the rest of the carpet. The area is still obviously brighter looking in that spot than the rest of the carpet even after the cleaning was done. There are still some darker spots showing in the carpet from where our dog lays. It seems like our carpets were just cleaned by a steam cleaner, not truly cleaned.

I was very please with the young man that came out to clean our carpets. He was on time, professional, courteous and did a great job.
The technician was wonderful!!!! Clearance worked two full hours in thee freezing cold on my car, which was in AWEFUL condition. It still has some stains but actually loots 200% better. THANK SO MUCH!!!!!

Some stains remained on master carpet
The job was just not done up to par this time. I am a repeat customer but I don't think I will use you again . A second guy came out to clean what the first guy left unfinished. I am just not pleased. You charged me $25 dollars for a small walk in closet and he didn't even move my flip flops. Disappointed. Had high expectations from first visit. Sorry.
They care and stand behind their work. I had one pet stain that was tough and did not go away completely and they sent someone back out right away to eliminate the stain.

the tech called his supervisor to see about cleaning a rug in the living room which you'll previously have done for the last 4 visits, and he said no.
Its safe, There was a clean odor after the carpets were done. The person who came finished in one hr. and 15 min., which was nice. It did take a long time to dry, but that may be due to the cold weather.

The gentleman arrived on time and was very happy to meet our concerns about the carpet cleaning. We had one tough stain that we were concerned with and he was able to get it cleaned and I was completely amazed. I was very satisfied with with Zerorez and would recommend them highly.
