Ricardo, the tech who did the job, was very nice, explained all of my questions. The carpet looked great, much better than the firm that cleaned it last year. I hope he is available next year....he knows what he is doing !

HAD SOME BAD SOILED SPOTS IN THE TWO AREAS AND ONE CAME UP IN ONE AREA AND NOT SO GOOD IN THE OTHER. SAME KIND OF SOILED SPOTS. CLEANING OF THOSE AREAS CAME UP A LITTLE SHORT ON MY EXPECTATIONS. PERHAPS I EXPECTED TO MUCH. ERIC DID A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING.WE JUST MOVED IN, WOULD CALL ERIC IN THE FUTURE.

The service tech was amazing! He was very nice, and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. He did an amazing job on top of that, I have no doubt in my mind that I will use ZEROREZ again just because of the service we received, a beautiful carpet and tile is definitely a PLUS. I liked the machine used before actually cleaning the carpets that helped pull extra pet hair up and fluffed the carpet.

Cleaning process and results as advertised - we are completely satisfied. One comment - we had three larger area rugs cleaned. These rugs are on hardwood and for that reason the technician shampooed them outside on the driveway. Dry time dictated they remain there until 9:00 at night at which time I had to struggle to get them rolled back up and in place.Not sure if there is any alternate way for Zerorez to handle this situation, but it certainly was not easy for me to take care of.

The carpet cleaning professionals always arrive as scheduled. They are professional and good at what they do. This time I had a couple of particularly difficult spots on my rug. They didn't quite come out with the initial cleaning. Within 1 day of my call a specialist came to my house and removed those stubborn stains. Thank you ZeroRez!
