Zerorez has done my carpet at my current address 3 times. In the past I was not charged a $15 upcharge for my living room which has been done each time. It was added to my bill with no measurement or discussion. He in no way measured the room. He just tacked on the fee and told me at the end. We had some friends visiting earlier in the day who requested I ask if they could get the same offer we were given. I did not ask. I just suggested they look elsewhere.
I was totally amazed at how beautifully clean the kitchen floor grout came! And my service guy was very nice.

The carpets smell dirty, as if the water that was used was not clean, or changed often enough
It just really looked like your machines pulled up dirt and hair that has been in the carpet for years. One your service rep completed the task I felt like the carpets were definitely clean.

My technician was excellent and worked very hard, unfortunately for $1,700 I just don't see a difference mainly
in the tile/grout. I also did not see a difference between zerorez and other carpet cleaning providers that I have used in the past.

The technician, David, was the BEST!
Over the phone, we agreed on 100 square feet tile cleaned. But when work was done, I was told that would be an extra charge. The $99 special turned out to be $118.

No chemicals. Carpet looks like new
Easy to get appointment, arrived when, where and the time they said they would be here. Great staff to work with, the engineer that arrived was clean, sweet and very courtous.He did an excellent job with all services and recommended other services and was very polite and friendly but knew what he was doing. I will use Zerorez in the future and will recommend your company to my friends.
