Carpets very nicely cleaned and they stay that way. Technician arrived on time, was professional, friendly and efficient.
Normally visits last longer and the carpets smell fresh. He was here less than 40 minutes, the carpets don't smell fresh and in fact smell worse. I don't think the topical I paid for was applied. Not sure because I haven't asked for it before but in any event, there was no improvement. I've been using you for several years but I think I will going to Stanley Steemer in the future.

The young man who came to clean our carpets was on time, friendly, and did a great job cleaning our carpets. He explained what he was going to do, and asked if I had any questions. When he was finished, he asked that I check his work and let him know if I was satisfied; and if not, he would redo to my satisfaction. He was very accommodating, and I was very satisfied with the job that he did.
