Thoroughness.
The professionalism displayed by the technicians sent to my house. Joseph and Vincent were friendly and very informative throughout the entire process. I did not at feel like they were using pushy sales tactics and only recommended what they though I really needed.
The 1st time I had my tile cleaned was great. This time I was a little bit less than impressed with the results. My technician was super nice and polite, and did a great job on the carpet, but my tile isn't as clean as I'd hoped.
Service rep was on time, very friendly, explained thoroughly what was to happen, went right to work, finished in the allotted time, and we were extremely pleased with the results. Would definitely use Zerorez again!

I had a problem area that needed a re call. Both the mgr and tech couldn't have been nicer. They fit me in the schedule and worked until the problem area was resolved. Tech was very frinendly and professional both times. As far as customer service goes, 5 stars!!thank you. Rug smells so clean and looks great.
tech Josh removed year old stains and explained every step of the procedure. he also removed wear trails and grey spots. after a period of construction the carpet looked really worn and we thought it would need replacement. after the carpet was cleaned, there is no reason to replace it thanks to your firm and the excellent people that represent you. I like not having chemicals and perfume on my carpet. I think my carpets look very nice after Zerorez cleans them.

Seth was great. Arrived on time and very polite. However, no on told me when I ordered the service that there was an extra charge to have spots removed. I assumed that's what carpet cleaning does. When Seth informed me at the appointment, I was dismayed. I would not have hired Zerorez to do my carpets had I known. No reflection on Seth. More on Zerorez. My carpets looked vacuumed but the stains were still there. Disappointed customer.
Did not resolve the main issue. We had a bad spill of beer on our carpet. There is still a residential smell remaining and carpet fibers are still stiff. All other areas are up to zerorez standards but the reason we called is not. Technician gave no indication that this could not be resolved with treatment applied.

They did a thorough cleaning job to get our carpets clean. They were all very dry in a day. All the staff are customer friendly.
