My wife was home with the technician so I was not there to be a party to the process...that said, she was told that high traffic stains were not dirt but discolored carpet fiber which may in fact be the case...regardless I was able to take a foaming spray, hospital cleaner and extract dirt or something I'm calling dirt on a light colored washrag after the tech had cleaned the area TWICE. Another particular stain the tech said was PERMANENT, I cleaned off with same spray cleaner and a rag.
The very reason we wanted the carpet cleaned was to treat the carpet (which is soon to be replaced) to look better for a upcoming event at our house. I don't feel like that goal was accomplished.
Lastly, we have an oriental rug she was told over the phone by your people, COULD be cleaned on location before the party. The technician suggested the rug could not be cleaned properly here and would need to be taken to your facility, which may indeed be the case, but is not what we wanted at the time and the cost is different. I understand all the reasoning behind it all but would like to pay you for the rooms cleaned as we intended initially and have you refund the PREPAID FEE for cleaning the rug which has not yet been done. This is not because one might NOT HAVE TRUST in the company (after I was able to clean what the tech couldn't) but more because my wife and I didn't have opportunity to discuss the costs before she committed to the rug cleaning. If you could remit the difference to us by check or some other means I would greatly appreciate it. Or we can pay for the rooms cleaned by credit card and void the check. Can do amazing cleaning on old carpet.
The service was ok - I was disappointed with the pet treatment. It didn't seem to help with the smell at all. Right after the treatment it seemed to be less, but it may have been the fragrance was masking it. A day later after the carpet had dried, the smell came back.

The tech who came, Joseph, was knowledgeable, went about his work, showed me pictures of the ducts, at the end carried on a conversation, telling me about the company's history and the way the company does carpet cleaning. We also talked about the vacuum cleaner and I shared my history of using GE vacuums at an early age. All in all a good experience about a messy job.

I felt like once the service man got here it was one long sales pitch. Originally I thought my entire bill would be about $400.00. Well it ended up being $1,000. But I knew that pets had lived here previously. So I added that. Which ended up causing me a lot of issues. I thought he would get out all the pets stains with the process, which he didn't do. The reason I know is that I had a small bathroom flood, and when I soaked up the water, there was lots of yellow pee stains on my white towels. I will be calling you to find out more about what should have happened and didn't.
