The gentleman who cleaned my mom's carpet was very nice. The only thing that bothered me was that we were charged $75 for him to do a pet spot to show me what actually gets extracted from the carpet. The impression I got from him was it was just an "example" to see how it works in case we wanted other areas treated. He never said I would be charged for that one spot. I listen to KRLD every morning on my way to work is how I heard about y'all. The special was $99/3 rooms and 100 ft. of tile cleaned for free. It also said I would get a Fullers gift card and I'm sure it was just an oversight, but I didn't get it. The carpet looks better than it did. I just think customers need to know if you're going to demonstrate something, it needs to be known you will be charged $75 for it. First name removed

The first contact by your associate is one of the most important aspects of service. Having a well dressed, communicative and competent employee is extremely helpful. Joseph was outstanding and did a wonderful job. He was here all day and worked extremely hard.

Our service tech was great! On time, pleasant and friendly. He cleaned our sofa, and we are so pleased with how it turned out--looks just like new!

Service has always been excellent. The products had always been excellent too but this last time, I paid for the pet treatment. While it removed the stains, it made the order worse. I waited the usual 2-3 days for the order to go away but it has only increased. We do have 3 small dogs in the house but when we are not home, we kennel them up.

What can be done? Can someone come back out and treat only that small section?

Well the smell of pet odor is not gone. Kept waiting for complete drying and the carpets still have an odor

My technician Joe gave me lots of great information about the Zerorez process and water. He also gave me tips on how to maintain my clean carpet between cleanings. And my carpet looks great. I had some real tough dirt spots in my high traffic areas and they all look great after Joe cleaned them.

I was disappointed in your employee. He did not wear any booties while he was cleaning the carpets, hence, I have shoe prints from his wet shoes on my tile floors. He did not put protective cones around the corner of the walls to protect them from the hoses.

I don't know if he was checking his phone for messages or taking pictures, but I saw him looking at his phone several times.

The technician's name was Darryl I believe. I really couldn't understand him when he introduced himself. I have been using Zerorez for several years now, and this is the first technician I was not comfortable with.

He did a really good job of cleaning the carpets. I am very satisfied with Zerorez.

Our technician, Jaylon, was prompt, personable, and professional. I chose Zerorez to see if their advertised claims were true. The immediate effect has been wonderful--spots are virtually all gone. The carpet--and house-smell fresh.

Environmentally friendly, helpful staff. Being a single woman sometimes it is hard to want to invite a stranger into your home. The techinician was friendly, chatty, and immediately put me at ease. He explained how things worked, and followed up after by telling me what he found. He even recommended how to take care of the carpet for the best care. A product can be great, but if the staff isn't I am not likely to buy. ZeroRez has the best of both worlds!

You might tell your service staff to stay off their phone while they are in the residents homes. Our service person was very nice, and professional, but he was on his phone talking to someone the entire time he was here.

He did not mention anything to me about the 100 fee of tile cleaning that was supposed to be part of the package. My husband and I didn't realize it until after he left our house. I suspect it was because he wasn't focused on the job and too busy talking on the phone the entire time.
