How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Nothing was moved(end tables, changing table or the 30 inches away from bed on side of bed.
The main guy was training a new guy. What they did is very good but we shouldn't have this many omissions

The knowledgeable and courteous technician that cleaned my carpet on Tuesday, Jan 31, 2017. Ricardo was authentically interested in the areas of my carpet that were of most importance to me. Good customer service too. Both by initial phone request for service, and the physical process in my home.
