The use of water and no chemicals
Tell you upfront about costs. Technician was prompt, polite, and hardworking. Cleaned an old upholstered chair and it came out looking and smelling almost new. Plus, it remained its softness. The chair was barely damp after all that! I've listened to the ads on KRLD for years, and their claims, at least in my case, were true. Would definitely recommend!

How good of a job the tech did and the amount of time for carpet to get dry.

Had the carpets cleaned for my 85yr old Mom.
We have an 8X11 area rug in the LR, for as
much as we paid to have the rug cleaned, it looks the same as it did
before it was cleaned. The technician never even moved the rug.
Not one item was moved by the technician.
I followed all directions on vacuuming & moving
All items from table tops I moved all the furniture that was moved.
While the carpet was wet it looked pretty good.
Once it dried there was not much difference
On how it looked before & after the cleaning.
Needless to say, my mom was not happy with the cleaning.
For the price we paid, I feel a better job should have been done.
