Puddles of water left on all the tile areas i had cleaned. Had to go back and clean all of it because it left water spots

The carpet did not get as clean as I anticipated. I had complaints that the carpet did not look clean and had spots.
When I paid for the tile cleaning he did not do any of the bathrooms. Plus, there a lot of spots he missed on the grout work.
I like the fact that your product is environmentally clean. I also wish acknowledge Darwin Harrison. Darwin is an outstanding technician and he is one that I will continue to request in the future.

This was a very positive experience! Trevor came out from Zerorez, explained the process, offered choices and proceeded to do a fine job on the carpets. I appreciate his ability to pay attention to the details. I will be calling back next year to have my carpets cleaned on a yearly basis. This company stands behind their product. Excellent job Zerorez!!!

Eric was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He worked quickly, but did a great job.
Technician was lazy. This was our second use of zerorez and the first technician we had in 2016 was wonderful! This time is was ready to send this guy away but my husband talked me out of it. He came in spent 30 minutes trying to upscale me on tile cleaning that I said was not in our budget numerous times. $180 total for the carpet, $475 for tile?!! No thanks! He FINALLY started pretreating the carpet and while doing this continued to ask "if I'm sure I don't want to do the tile" then after spraying down all the carpet he hooks up the cleaning vac and starts cleaning the carpet! So I say to him wait are you not doing the pile lift?! He looks at me with a look that's like uh what? So I say again "aren't you supposed to do the pile lift first and then clean? ALL HE SAYS IS "ok" and then literally spends a whole 15 seconds using the pile lift machine on a 23 foot large living room covered in carpet. As a result of his laziness the carpet is nowhere near as nice as it was the first time we used the company. Very unhappy with this service.

My wife was home with the technician so I was not there to be a party to the process...that said, she was told that high traffic stains were not dirt but discolored carpet fiber which may in fact be the case...regardless I was able to take a foaming spray, hospital cleaner and extract dirt or something I'm calling dirt on a light colored washrag after the tech had cleaned the area TWICE. Another particular stain the tech said was PERMANENT, I cleaned off with same spray cleaner and a rag.
The very reason we wanted the carpet cleaned was to treat the carpet (which is soon to be replaced) to look better for a upcoming event at our house. I don't feel like that goal was accomplished.
Lastly, we have an oriental rug she was told over the phone by your people, COULD be cleaned on location before the party. The technician suggested the rug could not be cleaned properly here and would need to be taken to your facility, which may indeed be the case, but is not what we wanted at the time and the cost is different. I understand all the reasoning behind it all but would like to pay you for the rooms cleaned as we intended initially and have you refund the PREPAID FEE for cleaning the rug which has not yet been done. This is not because one might NOT HAVE TRUST in the company (after I was able to clean what the tech couldn't) but more because my wife and I didn't have opportunity to discuss the costs before she committed to the rug cleaning. If you could remit the difference to us by check or some other means I would greatly appreciate it. Or we can pay for the rooms cleaned by credit card and void the check. Well I have used your company in the past and just love that the carpet looks as if it is brand new. The product is free of chemicals so the old stains don't come back and are healthy.
