We have used Zerorez for years but the new equipment is outstanding! This is the best we have ever had and have never had a bad one. The carpet is the cleanest it has ever been. We have always had a dog(s) and the carpet is 13 years old. It looks like new.

I offerd to pay in advance and was told I would be billed afterward. Then demanded payment from my tenant at the time of service. When I contacted you to get that corrected you offered my tenant a refund. That refund was never given after the tenant and I contacted you several times.
The process cleans very well and the workers are polite and efficient.
My living room carpet was pretty dirty and had some stains from red wine that the previous carpet cleaning company were not able to eradicate. Your technicians were able to get rid of the stains as well as the heavy traffic area dirt. Carpets were completely dry by the next morning. The process Zerorez uses with no soap or heavy chemicals is certainly the way to go. The technicians were friendly, courteous and efficient. We agreed on the price before they started. I would recommend Zerorez.

After the service we ran out steam cleaner over the carpet as there was still a smell and pulled up quite a lot of dirt and gunk.

I know the "upsell" is a big component of your business model (I've experienced it several times before), but if I pay for an additional area of tile to be cleaned, I would like it to be clean when the tech leaves. My tile was left with a film on it and did not have any sort of shine to it. After I merely took a damp rag and ran it over the tile, it looks a lot better. I shouldn't have to do that for the $100 upsell. What makes you think I'll be looking at your $1500+ air filter, extra tile seal, extra spot treatments, etc when the $100 tile job left me underwhelmed and considering your competitors next time.

The upselling is getting super frustrating. For a second, the tech had my wife convinced to spend over $1000 on encapsulating pet treatment on a carpet in a house we are selling.
