I love that it is all done with water not soap.
We have dogs so we get the carpets cleaned often and it works better than any other we have
tried. The techs are always very respectful, knowledgeable and hard working.
I had them clean my 94 yr old mom's carpet. I was told they wouldn't move anything over 50 lbs which I understood. She said nothing was moved. The chairs in the dining room are not that heavy and they were not even moved, so under the table didn't get shampooed. I had told her that she just had to do what she did for any previous cleaners, but guess I should have gone over and moved a few things for her.
Nice and courteous. Knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and how long it would take. I have already recommended to a friend and she is getting her carpets cleaned this Saturday!

Your associate arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do, and commenced cleaning the carpet. After he finished, he explained to us the drying time, and when we could move the furniture back.
