I had a stain appear once carpet dried

You did not get rid of traffic patterns in the carpet that were specifically pointed out to the tech. This was not discernable when the carpet was still wet. To make it right you will send another tech to go over those areas again.

The guy that came was super nice. He forgot to do our walkin closet and I asked him to leave smal blocks to put furniture on. Which he didn't. There were 3 spots I knew about and he didn't get any of them out. After he left I got out with a rag. Makes me wonder about the "quality" of work done.

I can't think of anything to improve as this was my first experience. The tech, Keith, was very thorough and pleasant.

We had a wonderful experience with the techs that came out. They were knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I really appreciate the service we were given and would use Zerorez again!

I did not expect the final price to triple by the time everything was done. I understand we added some things and the pet removal is priced per gallon but we used a $99 promo and our final price was $300+ However, the technician was very professional and courteous and I think he did a great job. It's just the price we were very unhappy with.

The equipment the technician use really cleaned my carpet very well. The technician also was very friendly and did an awesome job.

I had my tile cleaned in kitchen and there was residue left and I had to mop to get it up. Also there is some residue left where the grout was left dark where most of the other grout is cleaner?? A little disappointed.

Take a little more time. Some tiny spots were not addressed. But I have removed them on my own a couple of hours later. Overall a very good job the large stains were cleaned.

our carpets were clean but needed some work in the areas most walked on and after cleaning I do not see any difference and what I hear on Radio and what I saw as results 2 different things, I did use Zerorez once before and I was not satisfied and I though in 4 years your services might have gotten better but no changes, $ 400 wasted

No chemicals are being used to clean the carpet. I also like how fast it dries after the cleaning is done. Very impressive!

Very professional and personable customer service from first contact via phone for appointment to follow up on commitment to advise arrival time. Technician was absolutely on top of his game in terms of explaining every step in the process, asking my expectations/concerns. Upon completion of the work again asked me to review the results and wanted to know if I was satisfied. We had a discussion about the new "wand" you are now using and it does seem to make a difference in the drying time. Good for you Zerorez.

Technician was friendly and accommodating. Chose to have the deodorizer applied and displeased with the moldy odor. Pet stain treatment was also ineffective.

I found Zerorez to be easy to schedule with, their technician was timely, even early, and very professional. He introduced himself as Jaylin and proceeded to check out the areas to be cleaned and confirmed exactly what needed to be done. He confirmed the price with me and then got to work. He finished the work quickly and did a great job. The carpet dried in a timely manner and felt clean and not sticky. I would recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning.
