The technician was prompt, polite and efficient. The carpet came out much better than I dared hope. I now think we can get a couple more years out of them before replacing them.
I was expecting it to look cleaner. The person was professional and contacting me before habd was very good. But just not happy with the look.
My carpets looked brand new, the young man who did the cleaning was very nice.
The tech was polite and explained how the cleaning process works, as well as all the optional services. He was in and out in about an hour. It left a fresh clean smell throughout my house. I like the fact you don't use chemicals or cleaning solutions.

The quick appointment time and Chase the technician was very good at identifying the problem. The cost of the treatment for the dog accidents seemed high, but it is the first time I had to have it treated at $1200.00. Overall It think the carpet and couch look good.
