Basically the entire job was a disappointment. The person that cleaned the carpet and tile was terrible. He left a huge wet spot on the carpet upstairs that has now dried to a stain. He pulled the hose with the metal tip all the way down the stairs. We had new floors installed and they just finished on Wednesday and he damaged three stairs. When the tile was being cleaned he got lots of water on the new floors. After drying that up, the floors were all dirty and smeary so I then had to clean my floors. You guys caused more work, I could have done a better job renting a floor cleaner.

I paid around $500 to have my area rug sent away to be cleaned. It was returned with all the same spots on it. The cleaning person told me it might not be able to get them all out but it would look brand new. Didn't happen!
Carpets stay cleaner longer. I was not happy, though, with my service technician who disappeared twice, stopping his work as well as leaving my front door wide open both times. One of these times I saw him on his cell phone walking around my front driveway...... it was at least a 10 minute conversation. I have used your company several times now and this is the first occurrence of this type.

Did not remove stains on carpet.stains were removed by other remedy and renting a carpet cleaner.When technician cleaned tile floor in kitchen,he left hose dragging marks on floor.

The price was higher than I expected. The cleaner left a white residue on the tile floor anywhere that was not dry. My adjoining room that has a wood floor has a white filmy residue by the entrance that I will have to try to buff out. Interesting that the company name is "Zerorez" when the cleaner leaves a residue when it dries-- maybe you should change your name.
Used your carpet cleaning services. Amazing difference before and after. Carpet looks almost new!
Friendly professional service and excellent results
Bad expectations set. Had tech clean carpets and tile floor. Carpets came out ok. Grout in the floor was not cleaned as to said it would.
A second tech came by and also cleaned the grout. This time it came out better but it still is not even. At the beginning the grout was basically red from al the dirt in it. After 2 cleans it is now getting its original cream color. The 2nd technician was very nice and understanding he suggested hiring a proffesional to scrub the floors.
That is what I will do. As a solution to cover costs and time for unfulfilled guarantees to get my business I would like to get a full refund on only the tile floor that was cleaned as it is not final product that I paid for.
