It's kind of hard to describe. I thought the service provider should have spent more than barely one hour to clean a three bedroom home. He didn't make any attempt to get out stains,as well the carpet was very very wet when he left. I was disappointed all round with the results.

I am a loyal Zerorez customer and have been for years, as well as a loyal KLUV listener. I was so pleased with my technician's work I did a glowing review on Facebook; however, when I looked at my invoice I saw no Fuller's certificate. I asked about it, no reply. I called and was told I had to ask for that when I booked my service although the commercial said nothing about saying the magic words that were needed and the exact time to say them. I feel like I have been stabbed in the back by a trusted friend. The technician had an equipment malfunction that flooded my wood floor and an area rug, but I still gave a good review. I was loyal, but Zerorez has not returned the respect and consideration and it hurts to learn they have become that type of provider.

The man that cleaned our carpet's was thorough, on time and did a good job.

your service man was great...polite, explained the process ,made sure I checked job before he left. My only negative is with the office.... on Sat. I was told my carpets would be done between 1-3pm. When no one arrived or called to say they would be late, I phoned your office around 3:15. I was told then my scheduled time was 3 to 7pm....you need to get that part of your business corrected

Your technician was very courteous and did a fantastic job. You should try and clone him!
