The technician at the last service did not clean some areas even though I told him hitting every area except one area I specifically omitted was the most important to me. I stressed hygiene was my goal over getting stains out. He missed several areas and did not ask for help or even tell me he missed them. I did not discover that he missed a large area under a bed that has 16 inches of clearance until hours after he left. I am most disappointed because I was not made aware of this and I could have moved it if it was not possible for him to access this area. The technician the week before was extremely helpful and I have only praise for him.

I like that you do not use soap and my carpets look brand new when you are finished. Also I like the price you offer too. Your service team is always professional and courteous.
