No chemicals used for cleaning; very pure and natural along with a faster drying time than other companies. Seth was very professional, on time, and helpful with recommendations and understanding my objectives. I'll be calling again in the Fall.

Firstly, we have 4 dogs and our couch smelled like we had more than just those four. Our couch now doesn't smell like we have any dogs at all. Secondly, I didn't realize how long the process was going to be, but the guy that came to do our service was polite, funny, personable, hard working and made sure the job got done correctly the first time. He was absolutely awesome. One of the best employees of any company that I have met in a very long time. The people and results are absolutely the best.

The price was much higher. The pet stain removal that cost $300 extra was not guaranteed. After cleaning carpet could not easily see change in what the ultraviolet light revealed.
