The person that cleaned my carpet was very quick and efficient. It took him about a hour. My carpets look so much better. The pile is even lifted back up.

Great results and fair price
The tool that was used prior to the cleaning got up so much gunk our regular vacuum left behind. Our carpet is almost like new!
No chemicals. Pet friendly. Quick drying. More expensive than what I usually do but time will tell if it was worth the extra expense.
No carpet residue, dried fast
Paul offers the best service. He sold me on the reusable filter and I purchasing one on my next appointment March 29 between 1pm and 3pm. Also, Paul sold me on the cleaning duct service Zerorez offers. That service is on my radar. I highly recommend Paul to any new and current customers.

The first tech that came out was not helpful in getting the smell out. The last tech out, I believe his name was Dominic, did an awesome job and walked me thru the process he was performing.
