Options on purchasing your products online. Very vague and no proves, don't have all your products available online.
I am not sure what the problem is - my old carpets or a machine failure. My carpets are streaked, with many areas looking like they were untouched. Your employee was the ultimate in professionalism, so I do not think he is to blame. I think will just have to live with the results. By the way, everyone I talked with were kind and helpful.

Communication was excellent!!! Very professional gentlemen who did the whole house cleaning. They explained what they were going to do, the time frame it would take, and were very respectful around our furnishings. I will use your services again and will recommend you to everyone.
Appointment time was not met. Over 2 hours late. Technican was friendly and apologized, but I should have received a discount on your service. Will not use again.
No chemicals in the cleaning process.
