The tech was very nice and professional and finished the work efficiently. Nice job.
I have used Zerorez three times. I specifically liked Ricardo's worth ethic. He is the first tech that used the equipment to damage proof my home and carpet. I had previous paint damage to my stairs hand rail but he ensured that would not happen this time. He used the corner wall shields and foam standoffs when he needed to. He was friendly, helpful and honest. I will definitely request him for my next visit.

Edwin was very professional and on time. Explained every detail that he was performing. My only complaint is when a person (office) gives you a qoute and says he will email qoute their would be less of a communication misunderstanding.

carpets were left soaking wet, took remainder of the service day and all night to dry. Hoping all that water did not get into padding. Also, how could a hall cost more than an entire room?
the price is a little too high for the time spent cleaning. It took less than 25 minutes and was 170.00 The 2 area rugs were NOT that big. Your ad on the radio is 3 room for 99.00.
He did not use special equipment - for the area rugs - price should have been about 80.00
