What was not to like. From the phone I made setting up the appointment to the time David left the communication was perfect. My carpet looks and feels like new again and it was all done with no chemicals, which my dog appreciates. Thank you very much!

THERE WERE STILL STAINS IN THE MAIN WALKING AREAS. I DID NOTICE THIS THE LAST TIME I HAD THE COMPANY CLEAN THE CARPET,BUT FORGOT. I USED DALWORTH LAST TIME WITH NO PROBLEMS. IT IS NOT THE TECHNICIANS FAULT HE WENT OVER THE AREA I AM QUESTIONING HOW IT REALLY CLEANS. I HAVE MULTIPLE SPOTS THAT ARE FROM WATER BEING DRIPPED AND THEN SOME DIRT STICKING TO THE AREA. IF YOU ASK THE TECH HE IS AWARE OF HOW MY CARPET IS IN SUCH GOOD SHAPE. JUST DISAPOINTED THAT I WILL HAVE TO CLEAN THE CARPET MYSELF IN THESE AREAS. I HAVE TO KEEP THIS IN MIND THE NEXT TIME I GET MY CARPET CLEANED AND PROBABLY WONT BE USING THIS SERVICE SINCE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAS NOT TAKEN OUT SIMPLE SPOTS. I WONDER IF IT REALLY IS CLEANING THE CARPET AT ALL. SORRY YOU ASKED

Fred, your service rep did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our carpets and tile flooring. He was prompt, courteous and very friendly. If & when we need our carpets done again we would definitely ask for Fred to do them!
