Terrance was very detail-oriented and went the extra mile to work on some tough spots on my carpets. As a result, my carpets looked spotless and beautiful by the time he left! Even though it was late in the day, Terrance was self-motivated and exhibited a high energy level, had a great attitude, and displayed a desire to do a quality job for me. Terrance appeared to have an excellent work ethic and a personal commitment to excellence! I would definitely recommend Zero Rez, but I would most definitely recommend Terrance! great job of cleaning

I was quite happy with the services , He didn't get all the soil out like I would have preferred, but he did the best he could do, so he said.

I used to use Service Master at our old house. After we moved to a new house I used Stanley Steamer. My daughter-in laws Dad used Zerorez for an oil stain in his carpet and he was so impressed that I changed to Zerorez. This is the second or third time I've used them and will continue to do so.

The company is professional and punctual, with confirmation calls. The technician, Wesley, was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, timely, pleasant and just downright hard working. He even cleaned a need size rug at no extra charge. The carpet looks exceptionally good.

I love that you use no chemicals (only water) and that no residue is left behind. It really didn't take long to clean the carpets and the gentleman who was here did a fantastic job.

Very friendly technicians!

The tech went above and beyond to pre spot and take extra care of the carpets. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Fabian and Jalen came out to my house. They were extremely careful not to damage my furniture or walls. They wanted my feedback as soon as a room was done and if I was not satisfied, they were happy to do it again. I was TOTALLY satisfied and they did not need to redo anything. As they were cleaning my carpet, all of the soapy chemicals from my last carpet cleaner was coming out. I will definitely use them a again. Just be sure to realize that anything you add on exceeding the special that is being run is a bit pricey, but I didn't mind paying it because they did an awesome job!

This was the second time for me to use Zerorez and once again they did not let me down. The service tech was excellent and explained every step of the process.
