The technician arrived on time and ready to begin the work. He took great care in doing the work thoroughly with proper devices to guard interior corners from the hoses. He then asked me to do a walk through inspection with him which to me indicates pride in the work done.
This is my second time to use them and again was a great success. I have used other companies prior to Zerorez and am glad I am now using them instead. Zerorez has earned by trust and future business.

Great tech, very professional and thorough
I would like to express to you my great impression of your Tech Alvin Blackmon! I had moved much of my furniture from the rooms to be cleaned and had placed the "moving men" slidders under some of the rest. I told Alvin I would go room to room with him to move it as he cleaned the various areas in the room, but he insisted he would be glad to do that for me. He also explained any additional charges as I added another room from my original order.
He was very courteous and respectful while working continuously while here.
I was very pleased with your service.

I had my air ducts cleaned and I can tell an immediate difference in my air quality. I feel so much better knowing I'm breathing more clean air than I was before! I also like the array of services offered to improve the health of your home...carpet cleaning, mattress cleaning etc.
You were unable to clean my carpet thoroughly. There were many spots (basically dirt) that were left behind. This was after I was convinced that I needed the upgraded clean in which I payed for. So what you could do is get the stains out of my carpet.

My experience with Zerorez and Robert, the service tech, was excellent. Robert was very professional, pleasant and friendly. My tile floors look amazing after the cleaning. Finley and Timmy did a great job on our carpets including removing stains, like time we had already given up on The stains in one of our rooms but they came out all without using harsh or dangerous chemicals. And that's really important especially because of our small grandchildren who play sometimes with their faces down on the carpets all the time. the best thing about Zerorez besides the fact that they do a fabulous job is that they are friendly and willing to give anything a try to satisfy. So kudos to your all-Star team, Seth!

Came in advertising 3 rooms for $99. Let charging me $1,400. Had an expectation that the service would actually cost me somewhere around $500. Not nearly 3 times that much.

All of you kept changing the scheduled time frame - 3X to be exact. My mom was doing us a favor by having our carpets cleaned and the tech only cleaned our living room. We have had our living room and front office cleaned before for the 3 rooms for $99. Our living room carpet is clean and looks great, but the customer service needs to improve in the communication/advertisement parts.
