My old tired carpet feels so fresh again, the method was wonderful!

I love your service and product and your technician are not bad either. But even though it shows on my invoice and of all the time I have used your services I still have not gotten my tile cleaned. I would just like for you'll to look over the number of times you have been out and I have had the free tile cleaning. It has never happened. Is this false advertisement?

We had a number of areas that were stained pretty bad and 90% of the areas look good. There are just some stains you cannot get up. Overall very pleased with the results.

I have used Zerorez at least 5 times and I am always very pleased with the results. Alvin, my technician was great and did a very thorough cleaning of all three bedrooms. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. He was prompt and very careful with the hoses and especially since it was raining. Thanks Alvin!

I was not happy with some of the cleaning. Treat traffic areas to improve the cleaning. Mine were left almost unchanged from the prior appearance, leaving me to use carpet spot remover to clean the areas.
My technician was honest, upfront, kind, friendly, efficient and overall great.
