I love Zerorez! Ben a long time customer and have always been pleased, in the past my carpets are raked and cleaned. That did not happen this time and I don't feel like I received the typical deep cleaning I have always had in the past. Pretty disappointing.

When you say you can do the job of cleaning a/c vents. At least try. Don't just look at the job and just say no can't get the job done. When I call I explain you can't get in the attic. Then say we can still do the job.l can not clean them myself. REALLY. At least y'all can clean carpet.

The carpet is not crunchy when it dries! There is not a perfume smell! Carpets look great.
