Do a great job of cleaning and the staff is very helpful
You could make sure you run your hoses across concrete instead of my grass. My grass was burned from the hoses that you ran into the house

This is our families first time to use Zerorez and we couldn't be more pleased! The technician Eric did a fantastic job. He took time to evaluate and explain what he would be doing. Then he got to work and was finished quickly. Our very dirty carpet looked really good and my husband(who is hard to impress was very impressed). He said he noticed the difference in how the carpet looked and felt.

The pet treatment is costly. Offer specials for that. Instead of gift certificates to restaurants or waterpark tickets, offer a special on your services.

I like that they explain to you about not using chemicals all natural plus all the suggestion that they give it to you to keep your carpet clean

Zerorez is a very professional service company. We have had our carpets cleaned several times and plan to continue using Zerorez for carpet and tile cleaning. We are very pleased with the work that their tech people do.

It was really quick to schedule the service they made sure to follow up with any questions and were very polite and professional. Also Carlton Lewis the service person who cleaned my carpet was timely and did an excellent job! He made sure I was completely satisfied with the service before he left and I REALLY appreciated that! I heard about how good the service from Zerorez was from "Mike Rogers" on radio station KRLD 1080 and everything he said was true. My carpet looks good and smells fresh and the tile & grout in my kitchen that was cleaned looks like it did when they first installed it. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend to everyone that needs carpet cleaning service.

Darin, the service technician, was knowledgeable, did a great job cleaning the carpet and advised me how to better remove pet stains rather than the commercial products I have used.. He was courteous and pleasant. He was a very good representative of your company. I have used some other companies; however, your company is definitely the one I will recommend to my friends.

The cleaners did not place wooden chair legs on plastic strips on top of wet carpet as in past. Wet carpet leaches up wood and also makes varnish stains on the newly cleaned carpet.
The carpet looked new again. Jaemon (spelling) got stains out that I did not know would come out. He was very personable and informative and gave me an additional quote on stretching my carpet.
