This is the first time I have been dissatisfied with Zerorez. I had them back out again and the guy said it could be just wear and tear instead of dirt. He went over it again and funny, it was removed! My carpet is only about 10 years old and there is only 2 in my family. They advertise to remove "even paint" from your floors and so they always have and they have not tried to convince me it was other than soil on the carpet. He was very nice and the rest of the house looks very nice and I did not like to have a second one come out, but it was dirt and it did come out. Both guys were very nice. Thank you.

I always hear of the commercials and how great Zerorez is but I was not impressed with service or quality of the cleaning for the price. The technician was super nice and professional but from listening to previous reviews and radio ads I thought Zerorez was supposed to be the best but it was not. The property that I had cleaned was not my property. It was a rental that I had to turn in keys for today. I hope that the cleaning was good enough from them to where they don't keep any of my deposit. I cleaned the entire house and painted just to be sure everything was cleaned only to be unhappy with the quality of Zerorez. I am not sure how you can make things right since it's not my property and since I don't live there as of tomorrow. I usually buy carpet cleaning services from Groupon but I read some reviews that said they wish they had used someone like Zerorez instead. So I went straight to Zerorez and was disappointed with the quality and the $163.46 bill. It didn't seem like any of the high traffic areas were cleaner than they were before y'all came out. I was hoping that my family and I had a new carpet cleaning company to use for the future but now I'm not so sure.

Way too expensive

The employees are very professional and know what they are doing. I am always happy with the results. Trent extended the life of my 25 yr old carpet. Thank you.

The carpets in areas were still dirty. Tried to point this out to the cleaners but they were convinced it would look better when dried.

Mainly it works WITHOUT using my water faucet outside. Like the truck mounted idea plus the extra strength of your extraction equipment. The technicians works efficiently and keeps the customer informed.
