No chemicals

Technician was super nice - kudos to him. The tile cleaning was excellent.

Unfortunately when I booked my appointment & advised I had pet stains, no one mentioned it would (a) cost considerably more & (b) would make the stains more prominent. Imagine my dismay when I returned the following day (one day prior to my house being listed for sale) to find the pet stains worse than before treatment.

Furthermore, the carpet was very "crunchy" - not soft as advertised on KRLD. I had to stain treat and vacuum My newly cleaned carpet the night after spending over $400.

Finally, the solution the technician poured into my grass turned it yellow. Overall I'm extremely disappointed that the cleaning I paid for was overpriced & under-delivered my expectations.

$900 to clean three rooms is asinine; also, I saw after our service that the monthly promotion to clean three rooms included 100 sq ft of title cleaning which no one told us about. For $900, you'd think someone would've told us that.

The carpets were cleaned well but the price was $20 more than what was quoted over the phone and I don't really see why it would have been more.
