The cleaning process and customer service provided by the technician.
The technician was friendly and on time. He worked really hard and communicated well with me about what he was working on. He didn't try to sell me extra services. My carpets looked fantastic when he was finished.
Top rated service. Very informative of every step. Truly cared about his Job and the Company. I would highly recommend this for every home!
I think that each time a technician shows up to clean my carpets that it should be the process. My most recent cleaning my carpets did not turn out as clean as the last 2 times and I believe it is because the tech did not do the step where the carpet is brushed.

Wesley came to my home July 3rd to clean my carpet. He was very professional, extremely courteous. My carpet looked amazing he explained what he could and couldn't do as far as getting some stubborn stains out. There was only one he could not get out but he gave it his best effort. It was cherry Kool-Aid spilled several years ago that I tried to scrub out and probably just helped set the stain more into the carpet. I know I will use them again and I will ask for Wesley. It is really hard to find good customer service lately but Wesley gets ***** from me. Thank you!

The cleaning was thorough and fast. Because no harmful chemicals were used, the carpet had no sharp or "perfumey" spell when the service was completed. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend it to my friends!

Our technician was fantastic. He was so incredibly knowledgeable. We just bought a new house and signed the closing documents that morning. Upon inspecting and cleaning the house our technician gave us information on the carpet that we really didn't see/know before: because of the dog they had, there were several urine stains all throughout the house, and in 1 closet in particular (where the most likely kept the dog) fecal stains and long-term set-in urine stains. VERY BAD NEWS FOR US on having our great new first house only a few short hours! But I felt better knowing that our technician could explain these things to us in a professional manner from a wealth of experience in these matters. He also explained the extraction capabilities of Zerorez.
