Your technician, J.L., was courteous and very informative about the services he provided. He is the first technician from any carpet cleaning company who has explained what he was doing, what he would recommend, and why. I truly appreciated his friendliness and his professionalism.

carpets cleaned well. - Just too bad no one has come up with a method to recolor light carpeting that has been discolored by coffee and other stains.

He is great. I've had stains that no other tech have ever been able to remove. He suggested a stain remover that gets the stains out at the pad and indeed it did.
I will always request him to come to my house.
