They did an exceptional job on our VERY dirty carpet (thanks kids!) Technician was very eager to please and did not leave until I was thoroughly satisfied​. Two thumbs up.

I thought the service was great. However, a few areas will need additional attention. I scheduled an appointment already.

All in all, I was satisfied with the cleaning.

I was kind of disappointed with the ability to remove stains. This may be an area
where improvement is required.

Josh (who is no longer with Zerorez was wonderful!!! The manager that ended up coming out to clean my carpet was very good. I do like the fact that they are true to their word and stand by what they say they are going to do.

Carpet is old. It still has some slight stains after the service, but the traffic wear is greatly reduced. The carpet feels much softer now.

Have the techs wear shoe covers. Areas of the carpet that have seen more foot traffic, go over those areas more then once.

Have a repeat customer discount.

Have used Zerorez quite a few times over the last many years with great success. The last two times, my carpets haven't come as clean, visually.

I also had to have pet urine removed and the flashing didn't remove the smell.

I appreciated his professionalism, cleaning performance and respect for my time. I felt I got a good value and I will request Darwin, when I reschedule future cleaning services.

I've used you for the past 3 years to maintain our carpets. Tech always does a good job. The only thing I didn't like this time around, he tried to up sell me product at $75 Gallon, claiming I would need 4 gallons for the master bedroom. They've done pet treatment before and I don't mind paying extra for it, but according to him with all the necessary gallons it was going to come up to about $500. I ended up paying $390 for 3 bedrooms, whereas the last 4 times I've used you I've paid $250. I understand the room was soiled but $400 for 3 bedrooms is insane, considering my kids bedroom has 2 beds and a toy area which occupy 80% of the room and the study area is roughly 11' x 6'. Will shop around next time before calling Zerorez.
