I like the fact that there are no toxic chemicals involved in the cleaning process. It seems a little expensive to treat pet stains.

Your guy when he got to my house he was tired already exhausted. He did his best and I felt sorry for him. I pulled his hose everywhere. You charged me so much on my stair. He cleaned only the part we step on. And left the dirt dripped down. Didn't clean the side facing us as we walk up. Rooms were good. I wished my house was the first one while he has energy.

Areas that were supposed to be cleaned weren't. The tech did not do a final walk through with me. When I called to complain and request that the areas I paid for be treated, the customer service agents hung up on me.

Fabian and Finley did an amazing job with our house project. They are both tremendous assets to your company. Roughly 2300 sf of carpet and tile flooring that needed to be cleaned to put our house on the market. Even though some of the carpet was over 30 years old, after the Zerorez process, the carpet truly almost looked brand new. And the cleaning/waxing of the Mexican tile made the den, kitchen and entry halls sparkle. That, if anything, will truly "wow" prospective buyers. What was so impressive also is how environmentally safe the process is. And the overall drying time was so incredibly fast. Finally, the cleaning left our house smelling so fresh.

I would have given a 0 regarding the first time we got our carpets cleaned. The guy did not do a good job at all. We paid $666 for nothing.
I'm giving an 8 now because the second guy, Pablo came out and cleaned the carpet the right way and when he was finished our carpets looked great. He was very professional and courteous and knew what he was doing. They need to make sure the people they send out to represent their company know what they are doing.
My carpet wasn't as clean as it usually gets with another company. Also, I never got a confirmation call 1-2 days before telling me my two-hour window. I had to call you all the morning of to find out when to expect a visit. I feel I get better service at the other company I usually use.
I must say I loved the lack of smell once the job was done. I don't need a fragrance or deodorant to make it feel like it's clean. Some Stains removed that I didn't even realize were there(apparently dinger than I realized). Got the job done quickly and it didn't feel like he was rushing to get to the next job. He took the time to make sure I was happy with the job.
The service was great but I was told the hallway would be free & I was charged for it. If something is free I should not be billed for it!!!
