My technician was crisp
The tech showed up and hour and half late. My window was from `1-3 and he showed up at 430. I was not happy about that. I had plans @5 and had to cancel.
The technician was friendly and helpful. I loved that there was no chemical smell!!

How quickly and effective the products worked!
The only suggestion I can make though, is that they should come prepared with tarps, or waterproof blankets to avoid getting clients floors wet. The little coasters that are placed under the furniture legs are not enough. There are people who have wood floors, and must avoid any type of moisture or standing water on their investment. I had to purchase a heavy duty tarp and re-schedule my appointment so that I could be ready for the hose inside my home in order to avoid an extra $150.00 for them to provide a tarp.
The client should not be inconvenienced and should be warned to have these items before they come out. Simply have them as part of your supplies inside your vans.
I will use Zerorez in the future for my upholstery cleaning.

First, you technician was friendly, helpful and hard working and did an excellent job!
That being said, every other aspect of this transaction absolutely stunk! First young lady, Miranda, left a message on Thursday to confirm the address and appointment time. My wife returned the call on Friday morning, and spoke to a young man, (did not give his name), and he confirmed the address and gave my wife an appointment time of 1 to 3 PM Saturday.
When she got off work, Friday, she had another voice message from Someone named Channel, which my thought odd, because she "wanted to set an appointment time and confirm the address"! My wife received a message after work on Friday afternoon but at that time it was too late to call your office. She then called on Saturday at 8:30 AM and spoke to the same nameless male employee. HE confirmed the appointment at that same promised time set for 1-3 PM Saturday. She planned the entire day around that appointment, that was obviously a fictitious time, and never booked. My wife then called at 1:31 PM and was told there was NO APPOINTMENT AT THAT TIME! It was on the SCHEDULE FROM 4-6 PM!!! Darwin arrived at 4:59 PM at which time my wife called back to your operation, to discuss the situation with the young lady, and found there HAD NEVER HAD AN APPOINTMENT SET WHATSOEVER! At that time, she found out that we were thrown into the mix an hour before his arrival.
My wife was livid as she wasted half of the day, and that I would be home from work at 6 PM to come in to Darwin still working and and entire home to move back into place. She was also angry that she had no time to prepare our dinner together.
We still await a call from management.

Had a very good experience with Zerorez Dallas/Fort Worth. Very efficient, professional, cordial, and thorough. Cleaned my carpet after 17 years of use, and my house is ready to sell. Would use and recommend to anybody.
Showned up one hour late and e needed to keep the front door open to do the work Overall i was pleased
Prompt arrival on time. Tech was friendly and courteous.
The set up to do 2 rooms was so long and the tech appeared very tired and uninterested. He spent 20mins cleaning the 3 areas (1 game room was counted as 2). The carpet looked the same after the cleaning.

The technician was incredible - very polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and did a great job. So far very happy with the job that was done and appreciate that company will come back to touch up areas where stains re-emerge at no charge.

My carpet always looks great after zero Rez cleans them but the 100 sq ft of tile they cleaned as part of the promotion looks AMAZING!!! I have beige tile and a cream grout and the grout in our high traffic area had turned brownish. Well after zero Rez used their tile machine it looks brand new again! I'm so excited to call them back for a full tile cleaning!!
