Frankie and Robert impressed me as being highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job explaining the services and performing the job--carpets came out fantastic! They really went above and beyond to sniff out the pet stain areas to treat and even helped me with a bathroom flood that was discovered while they were here. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Frankie and Robert specifically.
I did think that the prices for the pet stain spot treatment ($75/gal) were very high, but otherwise, I was very satisfied with the job. Thank you.

First off, the technician was so nice and courteous.

When he was done my couches looked almost new. He got a lot of stains out and pet hair.

The spots come up and my carpet looks great. They did an excellent job !!!!! but they had parked their vehicle in front of my house by the sidewalk. Couple of days went by and we noticed our grass was dying. Called Zerorez & sent pictures to them. Tried to water each day but the grass is dead. Spoke with customer service & they will replace the grass. We will see how that goes.

Don was especially great and very helpful with answering questions. I wish all service people were as nice as Don! He did a great job, was very professional, and careful around our belongings. The carpets looked renewed and with the pet treatment, I feel as though I can trust that it's actually clean. I like that no residues are left behind as this is what usually traps new dirt in the carpet fibers. Great job, guys!

The man that came out to do my carpets was my favorite part. He was professional and completed all 4 of my rooms in less time than I would have completed 1 with one if those rent vacuums!
He also was kind to myself and my children as we watched him do his work. Some people get annoyed by children, but he was just very friendly! He also answered questions for me regarding the carpets and how I can request scotch guard (which I didn't know, but will be doing that in the future), and how often I need to be having these rooms cleaned. This was all after he finished and never hurried me through. Rather he took his time and was very professional about it.

Not full of chemicals. Very knowledgable technician who also communicated well with me through out the process. I was surprised that every stain except paint came out!
Technician left tracks in the hall and living room (which were not cleaned) and I had clean those laminate floors today. Some areas of the kitchen tile were not as clean as others.
I have been using your company for at least 4 years. I will not use anyone else because of the excellent results. Everything comes up including grease. All you employees are great to work with as was Jalin this last time. He was a very polite young man that did a great job. I have been referring friends for many years.
